Business and Systems Analysis

This area focuses on understanding organizational needs and turning them into technical solutions. All of my projects in this section were completed while working with Worth the Words, a non-profit organization. These highlight my skills in gathering requirements, creating/modeling workflows with diagrams, planning workflows and implementing improvements to enhance system performance.

Iteration 1: Worth the Words

This first iteration identifies the business needs, requirements, and process models to analyze workflows and translate needs into technical solutions.

Use Cases and Diagrams

Based on the system requirements, use cases and its models are created to explain how the system interacts with its environment and how users perform tasks.

System Requirements

The following is a document containing system requirements, specifying what the system must do and its characteristics.

Class Diagram

​

The Class Diagram is used to model the system's structure by displaying classes, relationships, and attributes for Worth the Words.

Project Management Plan

​

This document outlines the website redesign project specifying tasks, scope, deliverables, and the overall plan from start to finish.

Systems Architecture Diagram and User Flow Diagram

These diagrams illustrate the website's system structure (SAD) and show how users navigate through it (UFD).
